Now that it's repaired with epoxy, this sill will last another 70 years.

This area got some new siding and paint.

Carpenter bees had a field day with this fascia. Patching it with epoxy was a less expensive and invasive solution than replacing a section of the board.

New vinyl plank flooring, plumbing and electrical hookups so that the washer and dryer could be moved up from the basement. The homeowners could no longer safely climb the basement stairs.

This rotted out area became a nesting place for mice. We removed the bluestone, dug down to the concrete foundation, installed a length of new pressure treated 2x10, caulked and painted it.

Looks good as new.

Look carefully and you can see beads of water dripping from this strainer. After 18 years of service it decided to crack and leak.

This entire section of wall got new Hardie siding, some new trim, caulk and paint. The homeowner repainted the light fixtures and the entryway looks great.

This wall was damaged when wall paper was removed. After some scrubbing, mud, sealer and paint it looks good as new.

This radon remediation pipe wasn't sealed well enough. Warm, moist air from under the concrete slab was going up the pipe and as it hit colder air it would release its moisture.

The moisture would run down the inside of the pipe until it found a seam and then it would puddle on the floor.

Moen sent free replacement parts for four different bathrooms where the rubbed bronze finish was coming off these seats.

Woodpeckers! Epoxy and paint repaired this board but they haven't prevented the woodpeckers from returning.
