ABOUT US

Central NY Home Services (CNYHS) is a residential handyman business serving Fayetteville - Manlius and the surrounding areas. We can complete pretty much any small to medium sized job that you need: interior/exterior trim and paint, siding, drywall, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, electrical troubleshooting and outlets, hardwood/vinyl/tile flooring, deck repair, landscaping, low voltage lighting, custom shelving, mudrooms and garage/basement workstations and storage. Unfortunately, we do not do roofing or appliance repair.

I’m a lifelong do-it-yourselfer who has basically run out of projects to do in my own house. So, working with my son Nick, we created CNYHS to make our neighborhood a little brighter, sturdier, and more comfortable—one house at a time. We will treat your home as well as we treat our own. Since we both have full-time jobs, we work on your projects in the evenings and on weekends.
